Is it me, or is Beauty looking a bit thinner these days? 

If I were feeding that little gut-bucket, I might be thinner too!!!

I know! Parent still sitting on nest and watching...

Just a very quick update to say that at present we have no further news regarding the whereabouts of the chick, however both parents have been seen overnight and this morning in the vicinity of the nest.

Emma has been out on the reserve since first light leading a search party as we continue our attempts to locate him. As we have said previously we are doing absolutely everything we can to find him and like you are all very concerned for his welfare.

As all our resources are focussed on finding him we remain unable to respond to individual messages and please ask that you do not call the visitor centre as your call will not be answered.

Finally, thankyou for the many messages we have received via email, which have been overwhelmingly supportive - they are much appreciated at this difficult time.

We will update you as soon as there are any developments.
