It's a Spoonbill, who just start to fly.

I was this weekend on Texel. ( a perfect place for some birdwatching) I was looking at a spoonbill, but there was a lady who walked too close to the spoonbill and of course he flew away!

Here is the Puzzle of the Week 223
It's a Tree Sparrow   

Probably you will think, pfff a Tree Sparrow, we have lots, but in The Netherlands it's going bad with the Sparrows, specially in the cities. I never had a sparrow at the place where I live and I live here for more than 22 years!!

I saw this Sparrow also during my summervacation, for me it was a great pleasure to see one.

Hi Lola 
The nest is in the top of a dead tree.
What you see growing out the nest (I think) is an other tree that's standing very close to the nest, probably so close that it touch the nest. I found this picture from March, where you can see it.
