I think it's a blue jay, not a bluebird.

The two brothers are doing well and sticking close to each other.  Last night one grabbed a pigeon from Clara and got it to the BofA building.  That building looks a lot like the Kodak Tower.  BofA is their prime hangout. They go back to roost at City Hall at night.

My African Grey is named Humphrey or Humph for short.  Tough name to type.

Not to sound gross, but let's hope Beauty eats it.  Good source of protein now, I think?

Maybe they think they can make up for last year by doubling the number of eyases.

I swear he waits for her to feed, then gets going himself! Who cares, it works!!

 

I don't recall ever seeing this much tandem feeding!  Are they in competition?   Are they over feeding the babies?    What are they bringing up to the nest box?  Ducks?
