Yay, Toronto!  There are four beautiful girls in Jersey City who will be looking for mates next year. 

Hubby is editing the video of the JC banding.  I am sure the deafening kaks are the same as those at the Sheraton.  I'll post when it is ready.

Kathy Clark is a very busy lady.  She is the Chris Nadereski of New Jersey.  She is also very, very nice.  She did banding at two locations the day before.

And it looks like they are working out their routines beautifully!  I know it took some time at first, but let's face it.  They have stepped up to the task.

We are all definitely spreading our falcon wings with our involvement in our local peregrines.  What in the world has the Rochester group done to us??

I'll be going up in any case.  I am very flexible.  There is room to sleep three adults very comfortably in the motorhome.  Sounds like we will all get to finally meet Donna!!   

Now i have three stops to make over the weekend.  I know that bridge well.  Used to live near there.

And JC has the same intent.  I have to get to Barbara the building security person.  She has talked about the building naming the birds.  Just learned today that there are some who aren't connected yet to the falcons.  The cake is a great thing.  I just sent pictures.  I just have to send the funny pictures with great quotes.  Water St is totally committed to the peregrines  

Jersey City was not too happy about us naming the peregrines.  What in the world would they say if we brought a cake to celebrate the hatchlings?  LOL  Love the cake and the hoopla.  More places need to personalize these birds.  Yes, they are wild creatures, but what the heck....

No pictures of the female.  She is way too fast!!  She looked like a bat streaking by the scrape and ledge door.  We named her Athena, Goddess of War, Wisdom and Philosophy.  But here is 2/6 (We named him Six Pack - Linn P is turning over in her grave)  He actually swooped at the invaders this time.

They are just so darn cute!

Let's hope it's not during that corn festival.  I'll be coming up in any case.  Donna,  wanna ride up with me?
 

Four very angry girls at 101 Hudson.  They are not happy with their new jewelry and they wanted a pedicure too.  Pics and video coming.

Stopped by church on Saturday.  Just missed the Dalai Lama, but caught the traffic.  I did find a parking space so I could ask about the falcons.  Turned out security in front of the church for the event filled me in.  Four eggs were expected to hatch last week.  I got a picture of both adults perched by the scrape, so I assume there are chicks.  Everyone will know for sure when DEC goes up to check shortly.  They will post pictures.  That means I have to go back to church!!  It is a great church and very friendly.
