Callidora just can't make up her mind where she wants to be.
1 minute later, hiding behind Jemison.

I think they both want to be 'up there' with mom and dad! Just waiting for their learners' permits.

Woodmen 4 are ledge walking
on: 13-Jun-10, 09:22:25 PM
All four are now venturing up and down the ledge. Finally caught a shot of all 4 with one adult; two of the four are back in the box in this pic. Dangerous time for these guys, traipsing on that ledge.

Exactly what I thought when they took this pose! They are cracking me up this afternoon. Not getting any work done.

Not quite sure who this is in my grass. In flight I thought young catbird, but looking at the pics the beak seems too wide at the base.
Looks like a female Brown-headed Cowbird to me.

In the past, it has been done in the morning and everyone is back in the nest box by about midday. The camera is turned off during the process.

Woodmen banding day June 1
on: 26-May-10, 09:17:54 PM
The four Woodmen eyas are set for banding on Tueday, June 1.
Rochester twins shouldn't be too far behind, I would imagine.
So many little ones and so many web cams. Life can be sooooo sweet!
