First hatch today

Number four is hatched 

And then there are three hatched, one to go! 

This is unbelievably sad.  I am trying to tell myself that she could tell there were abnormalities with the three, but Dorothy didn't give up on Silver last year!  I'd like to capture Hope and get her into a lab to be studied by some bird experts.

The first two Woodmen chicks have hatched this morning.  Two more to go.

Reminds me of when I was a kid and mom would grab an ear when I was misbehaving LOL!

DC seems to be asking 'who said they loved snow?!' 

Woodmen now has 3 eggs.

Alison, I do hope we do have Mintaka and Charity again.  They now have two eggs this morning. 

Thanks for the update Carly!  Maybe RM didn't want to use the nest tray this year, for some reason?  She's a wise ole girl and I think she knows exactly what she's doing.
