Choose a name for a 2013 eyas (Female Names)

Descriptions:
Angie
is Greek for for "heavenly messenger."
Artemis
was the Greek goddess of the hunt, similarly to how now, the Peregrine is the monarch of the sky, and undisputed champion hunter.
Cady
, in honor of Elizabeth Cady Stanton (1815-1902), the women's rights activist who helped organize the first Women's Rights Convention in Seneca Falls, NY in 1848. Stanton wrote the Declaration of Sentiments, based on the Declaration of Independence, and introduced a resolution calling for women's right to vote.
Diana
was the Roman goddess of hunting.
Elsu
means "Flying Falcon" in American Indian.
Iris
is the Goddess of the Rainbow and of the sea and sky in Greek mythology. She travels with the speed of wind. Iris is also a messenger of the gods and a link between the gods and humanity. She is the daughter of the cloud nymph Electra and Thaumas, a sea god.
Kohana
is the Sioux word for swift.
Nyla
means cloud and champion. Origin: Gaelic.
Rosetta
McClain Garden is a park on the Scarborough Bluffs above the shores of Lake Ontario in Toronto, ON. It is the home of a raptor watch founded by Frank Butson. Big Frank is no longer with us, but his legacy of caring for raptors of all kinds lives on in our eyases...he rescued Dot.ca soon after he fledged.
Shaelyn
is a modern English compound name composed of Shae-"hawk-like" and Lynn-"lake" (named after Lake Ontario).
Tehya
("TAY-ah") is a Navajo name which means "precious one". Although peregrines have made a remarkable comeback, they are still endangered in many areas, and face many hazards each day. The name Tehya is a reminder that each of these beautiful birds is important, each one matters, each one is precious and should be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Three polls have been posted (male name, female name, gender-neutral name). The voting period expires Thursday.
One of this year's eyases will be given either an appropriate gender-specific name or a gender-neutral name, whichever receives the most votes. In case of a tie, the number of times each of the 2 names was submitted will be used as a tie breaker. If that is a tie too, a coin will be flipped.

A voting tip: if you really like a particular female name, don't vote for a gender-neutral name too. You'll be canceling out your vote. The eyas will get a gender-neutral name or a gender-specific name, whichever gets the most votes.

Can the same name be used for new falcons if they've already been used by living/deceased falcons in any state? Christiane

The answer is yes. Although unique names are preferred, there are limits to what can be done. So there is the chance of repeating a name that was used elsewhere. A recent example of this is Orion.
