What kind of information will you collect?
Rochester Falconcam (Rfalconcam) may collect your name, physical mailing address, email address, telephone or fax number, or other information that may be needed to communicate with you.

What will you use my contact information for?
Rfalconcam will use the information you provide only to communicate with you if you have requested to be contacted by us (by using our Register for Updates link, for example). We will not use your contact information for any other purpose unless we obtain your express permission in advance and tell you what we're going to use the information for.

How can I see the information you have about me?
Just send an email to jess@rfalconcam.com, from the account you used to register, and we'll send you all of the information we have collected from you

What if I want to change the information you have on file for me?
First, send an email to jess@rfalconcam.com from the account you used to register, requesting your personal information and we'll email it to you. Then just send us any changes and we'll update the information.

What if I no longer want to receive information from you?
No problem. Just send and email to jess@rfalconcam.com from the account you used to register with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. We'll remove you from our mailing list promptly

Will you sell or provide my personal information to other individuals, organizations or companies?
No. Rfalconcam will not sell or provide your personal information to anyone, nor to any company, organization, governmental agency or other entity without obtaining your express permission in advance.

What about my financial information? How safe is it?
Rfalconcam will never ask you for financial information, except in connection with fundraising or sponsorship activities in which you have specifically asked to participate. Rfalconcam uses commercial payment processing services such as Paypal to receive payments from you, so we will never have access to your financial information, accounts or passwords online. If you send payments to us via check, we will not make any use of any account or other information contained on the check except to verify that funds exist in your account to cover the amount of the check (this is called "merchant verification"). We also accept postal money orders and registered checks from commercial banks and savings and loan organizations.

What if I want to talk to someone about my personal information or privacy concerns?
