The Village of Croton and Teatown Lake Reservation have installed a web cam at the boat ramp where I regularly watch the eagles. Here is the link:

I am so excited about this. I have no clue (well, almost) about where they put it. I can't see it from where I watch. Dedication is Sat, 2/6.
