Friday Late Afternoon/Evening Falcon Watch – First Day of Summer – 6/21/13

Got a late start today. I decided to check the BS location first. I found Kathy O on the south side of the building. She had no luck finding Pigott and neither did I. Just after I arrived, RfalconCam Watcher Ei tweeted that Beauty was alarm kakking. She had been doing it for awhile. So, Kathy and I decided to head downtown since Pigott wasn’t home.
We arrived on the Broad St Bridge (BSB) and all was quiet. Ei had tweeted while we were on our way that things had quieted down. So whatever it was that bothered Beauty, was now gone. Beauty was on top of the main camera at the nest box and Dot.ca was up under the NE wing on top of the Times Square Bldg (TSB).

Here are some pictures from the rest of my Friday watch. I would have posted this report on Friday, but I couldn’t post pictures.
During this watch, we were joined by Joe, Kate and their mom and dad. It was so nice seeing them.

It was quiet downtown when Kathy and I arrived and there was no indication as to to what Beauty was alarm kakking at. When we left Friday night there was a beautiful, almost full moon, above. It was they day before the supermoon.
