We are having an interesting egg shift year so far! Generally speaking over the years there has been a fairly consistent number of changes per day, but not necessarily how long each shift lasts. Over the past week they have switched less often than typical. Yesterday they were back to a more typical pattern.



This is Corazon's 1st year of brooding eggs and he does regularly stop in to offer Nova a break. Do they consider those visits changes even if Nova declines to get up? Who knows! But we can see that Corazon is an early bird!
