I posted on their FB page that they had a new female and they replied today.  Said they would review the footage from yesterday and see if they could get a read on the female's bands.

Guess nobody from there really watches what's going on..good thing for all the cam watchers out there!

How can they put a cam up and not know what's going on?? Can you imagine that happening here?? I think NOT!!! We know too much!!

Good evening falcon camera followers! We were able to gather a brief biography of the new Barb, thanks to a site visit by a regional USFWS Raptor Biologist. Barb is a 2 year old from Philadelphia, PA, and has 3 siblings who were born alongside her in a church steeple. She is previously unnamed and her tags are black over green (both horizontal), reading "09" and "AR" respectively. Wishing Barb a belated welcome to Baltimore!
