Not sure if Frank ever posted this but he runs a migration watch starting in August up here in the GTA. Rosetts Park is in Scarborough - the same suburb that Linn was seen in. He has a nice blog set up if anyone is interested and so far they've had a record 10 peregrine falcons come through the area. They spot all kinds of birds and track them including bald eagles, ospreys, etc... Some nice photos on the site as well. Enjoy!
