Some cat lovers and animal rights extremists in Utah have their proverbial panties in a wad over a bill currently being considered by state lawmakers that would allow residents to kill feral animals, including free-roaming felines.

I think a better solution would be to have leash laws for cats just like dogs. Responsible cat owners don't let their pets roam around outside where they can cause harm or be harmed.  Grin

That's a good idea MAK, my cats never go out but it's the people that dump their cats and kittens and then they multiply many times and these cats have no food. It's never going to end but to shoot them, no way! It's a no win situation. Poor birds and poor cats, they didn't ask for this.
