Because this project includes the Interstate Highway System (I-295 and I-395), we are all Spending our Federal Tax Dollars on that idle crane.

Ospreys on crane may get new home.

Biologists are exploring the possibility of building an elevated platform near the crane to serve as a nesting spot for the migratory birds when they return in future seasons. The 10-to-20 foot structure would have a box or basket on top capable of supporting a 200-pound nest

"Future Seasons", which equates to the Fools on the Hill wasting your Federal Dollars for a few more weeks (I-395 and I-295 - this is a huge heavy equipment contrustion zone).  This nest should have been moved 2 weeks ago, as this is not a good place to fledge young.  AND I LOVE the Osprey!
