Want to know where a LOT of the NY and PA flood waters are ending up? I'm putting these two links in General Nature because the scouring will have an impact on Chesapeake Bay and the Crabs. This is a 2 part story - download the attached PDF files to read.

It doesn't address Conowingo Dam or the affect of scouring, but the upstae NY flooding has arrived! FYI we are on the left side of the Bay just before the end of the Brown. Crab harvest will be terrible!
