Thanks for posting, Kris.  That's interesting, and it confirms what I remember of the Changing Scene as well.  I went there with my parents around the time it first opened.  As I recall, you couldn't beat the scenery, but the food and the service were not always top notch.

I was up there with my girl scout troup once and don't remember anything about it. Of course since I was petrified of heights I never looked out to take in the scenery!  Roll Eyes
