Forum Registration and Approval

If you have registered for this forum and have not yet been approved, it means we haven't received the filled out questionnaire from you. Please check your SPAM Folders and/or JUNK MAIL Folders for emails from forum @ shakymon.com. If you use more than one email account and used a specific one for your registration, check there.

If you replied to the questionnaire some time ago and your attempts to log in result in a message saying you have not been approved, it means we did not receive it. Please send it again. Including the original questionnaire with your reply makes it easier for us to match it up to your registered username.

After your questionnaire is reviewed, and you are approved, you will be sent another email that contains a link that you must click on to activate your account.

If you replied to the questionnaire and your attempts to log in result in a message saying your email address has not been validated, it means you haven't activated your account.  Again, please check your SPAM Folders and/or JUNK MAIL Folders for emails from forum @ shakymon.com. Look for the email with the activation link.
