A very short update from Sarvey Wildlife Center on the Bothell eagle.

April 8, 2016

The Bothell eagle that was stuck in the tree is doing well in the larger enclosure. She was not interested in having an exam this week by our vet.

Looks as if she is using both feet well now and standing normally. Also looks as if she wants to go home soon.

The Bothell eagle made a complete recovery and was released back in May.

Bothell Eagle Released

The Bothell eagle that was stuck in a tree is now flying again over the area. She was released yesterday back into the same neighborhood. Thanks to our volunteer and eagle handler Robert for rescuing her and helping on the release yesterday.

There is a short video of the release at the link. So good to see her flying free again.
