Hi Donna,
Thanks for posting the link to the MWR article!  We know Chuck from our work at the refuge...great bird guy!  Awesome Black Tern pic...they are extremely difficult to photograph because they fly and dart so fast!  Always a pleasure to see the refuge getting some press!
