Heard of it, but have never been there.  Says it's 10 miles west of Rochester, between Spencerport and Brockport.

I love the little town of Adams Basin. I used to drive through it all the time when I worked at the Town Pump in Ogden. Brings back memories of when I lived in Hamlin.  clap

Apparently, way back, a woman committed suicide in there and she is still seen standing in the Big window upstairs, staring out. Others have seen people sitting around the dining table eating a feast. Shadows, noises, talking have also been reported there. Who knows!

I used to drive past this Inn everyday when I lived in Spencerport and worked in Churchville.  I looked at houses in Adam's Basin when I was looking for my first house back in about 1980!  I also went on a tour of the Inn once as part of a museum course on the Erie Canal.  It's very nice.  I ran into the current owner recently at the "Old House Parts" store in Rochester.
