2 weeks ago, she had a plastic bag wrapped around her neck. She freed herself from it. I don't like these bags and don't use them. I bring my own where ever I go.

I hate them too! I know RTH's like to bring that plastic garbage into their nests. I remember last yr when Bobby and Rosie's little one had a bag wrapped around its leg so it couldn't move anywhere but thankfully freed itself from it.

This male peregrine looks like he just finished breakfast. After he landed on the nest he called out, most likely to the female that was perched on it before him
The female that was on the nest only had a silver federal band on her right leg, and the male has a black federal band (NJ) and a black/green aux. and on his left leg.
The pair that nested at Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge in 2013 both had an auxiliary band (black/green) on their left leg. Male's band was 12/AC. It's hard to read his band since it's pretty dirty.
