Base of Mercury Statue in front of the 2nd Ave. Garage in front of Chase
That's actually the South Ave Garage behind the base of the Mercury statue. Many Watchers, including Brian H. watch from there.

A cold front moved through Rochester this morning. In a very rare weather event (even for Rochester), heavy rain turned into a blizzard, catching early morning Rochester Falcon Watchers Dan and MAK by surprise!
