It's about time the High Falls area got spiffed up and made a main attraction for our city-it's really a no brainer and I don't understand what has taken so long for our leaders to realize it. I hope this project or something, anything comes to fruition for that gorgeous place!  yes

Interestingly, a good portion of the money for this project is going to come from the private sector.  That's according to a presentation I saw last year from the Philipson Group.
