Oh, wow, I just LOVE the pics of Seneca and Cheyenne! She is so beautiful! As for Mariah, when I first saw the adult female at Montezuma, that is all I could think of!! Too bad it all happened so quickly and we could not get a positive id!! We do not usually see adult peregrines there, but plenty of juveniles.

I was looking today on the CMNH Forum to see how Seneca and Cheyenne are doing and this is the report from yesterday:
I have not seen the falcons on the bridge at all since early January, and this morning there were ring-billed gulls sitting on the lights the falcons normally sit on. Plus, today was the first time I saw the RR Eagle fly by my window at work. I'm concerned about this pair now.
In looking back, the last posting of a sighting of Seneca was Dec. 20th and Cheyenne was seen and photographed on Jan. 3rd.
Hope everything is alright with them.

I wouldn't be too worried. They could be nearby. We don't see Falcons on the Time Square bldg very often. They tend to either migrate or move away from a nest site. Hopefully there will be some sightings soon.

Hope you're right and that they're OK. Love this beautiful pair.

Saw Cheyenne here by the nest briefly on Saturday with a good-sized crop. Stayed for awhile down by the river, then went up top for awhile-- no appearances by Seneca during this time.
Joyce-- we'll still be able to monitor no matter what they do with underpass road, although we may have to be further back from the nest or observing from down below.
First shot is from down by the river, and the second shot from up top...

Hope Seneca is OK, maybe she was out wandering. Great pics of Cheyenne. Thanks Ei. Hard to say where she is since no watcher's there every day.
If we didn't have our watcher's, I would have thought Beauty left.

Maybe she went on a little migration like her mother used to do. I hope she's OK too.

Posted today on CMNH:
"There were two peregrine falcons under the Brookpark Rd. bridge last night. It was getting to dusk when I stopped to check after walking the dogs, but there were definitely two peregrines on the bridge support. I am sorry I didn't have the scope to try and ID them!
Have a great day!
Lisa"
I do hope it's Seneca!
