DC brought in a nice big meal. B took it and prepped it. She brought it back and fed the 3 eyases. Afterwards she took it out and probably cached it nearby.

DC did a great job keeping the eyases warm while B prepped the food.

Hatch?

I think so. The half shell was visible under her when she stood up at 10:16. Both halves were visible at10:30.

Just one of those nerdy things for the record. The official wisdom states the eggs will start hatching 33-35 days after hard incubation begins, which starts when the next to last (penultimate) egg is laid-this year with #3.

  3rd egg laid        + 33 days                + 35 days           1st egg hatched
  4/4/19 15:31       5/7/2019 15:31       5/9/2019 15:31   5/8/2019 17:01

34 days 1.5 hours incubation
