12/18/23 Falcon Pics and Observations
Good rainy morning from Rochester, NY!
Finally, Neander arrived on the Wilder Chimney at 1:07 pm.
DT reports from Brian H, tweeted by Joyce.
12:45 pm, Nova on SE corner of 5 Star Bank, Neander on SW corner eating. She softly made alarm call. Neander took off after 3rd falcon. They both flew NW.
Nova left 5 Star at 1:12 pm and returned at 2:05 pm. Brian is so excited to have Peregrines back on his side of town.

12/24/23 Falcon Pics and Observations
Christmas Eve Falcon Watch!
I went downtown for a morning watch and found Nova eating on the SW corner of the Wilder Bldg.
Neander was nearby watching Nova from the Telesca Bldg. Larry O, Gimli and Cosi joined me for awhile. After he left, Neander flew over to the Wilder Chimney and he and Nova softly chatted a bit. I ended my watch soon after. All was quiet and peaceful.
Hello Neander!
A very brave pigeon!
(movie)
Dense fog advisory overnight.
