Just came across this and wanted to share:

The Life if Birds: Meat Eaters (special youtube presentation) This is 49 minutes long

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShPhYUQmRN8&feature=featured

This starts out with a falcon taking a sparrow. Some amazing footage of birds of prey!

That was indeed incredible... how long it must have taken to get some of that footage. Thanks for sharing.

Wow...........I can't watch it.........the first part alone was very sad. I tried. I'm sure it's amazing footage but I have a very weak stomach for such things. Can't help the way I am.

Hi,

I read Lou's post again.
The video is of David Attenborough.
I know his wonderful Serie The life of birds.
The movies are breathtaking beautiful!

I hear you, Donna. There were parts that I had to mute and couldn't watch either. I know it's Mother Nature at work, but I still find it painful. (I was also playing solitaire while it was on  Wink)

I loved the parts of them showing the birds in the air, close up.
