Problem with forum -- getting warning when replying

Tonight (the evening of August 18th), whenever I click "reply" to reply to a comment (I haven't actually followed through), I get the following warning:

Unless you're sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic.

This happens even though I'm replying to threads that have been modified since I last read them...in fact a couple of the threads were started today!  

Is this a personal problem?

Update:  I just noticed that the date at the top of the forum says September 18th -- up at the top next to the line that says "Hello Patti from Kentucky".  So obviously that's why the warning is getting triggered, because it thinks today is September 18th and not August 18th.

I had problems earlier, when I clicked show unread post, it gave me a blank page and on the bottom it said Done. This happened at least 4 times today.

Someone set the server's date to September 18 this afternoon. I can't get a hold of anyone to fix it, and I can't do it myself. It's making a big mess of everything.

The clock has been reset, but it is still off by 6-7 minutes.

Forum posts' dates have been corrected. We're back in business even though our clock is a little slow.

Whoa! When I logged on this morning (GMT), I got this "maintenance" thingie... and it was there most of the day... and I did not know what to do next! So... yaaaaaay things are back in business again. How sad am I?!

Thanks for all you do, Shaky! I, for one, am most grateful. Must be tough at times, and goodness knows, I would not have a clue about how to proceed if things go awry. (So don't tell ME you are always working on your book!!!)
