Some of you will recall a couple of years ago, Bob was trying to arrange to have a carving done of Mariah.  Well, we finally did it!  A wonderful artist in Rising Sun, MD (who usually does ducks and things) was able to do what we think is a very good likeness of our Queen,  So now I have my very own Mariah -- I often look at her and send good wishes to the real one!  Here is the link to some pictures -- enjoy!

Just beautiful!!!!!!  I have a picture of Mariah in my office and one at home. Whenever I look at her picture, i also say a prayer for her and tell her how much we care about her.

And I have seen this artist's work before!  Good choice!  about 2 hours up I-95 from me.

We may have to take this off-line, as I think I want one, too.

I'll add my 'Wow' to the comments too.  I've never seen a wood carving of a peregrine before, it's beautiful..so well done and so much detail!
