Archer-got the white feather when he landed...



I was going to say Archer because:

1. Beauty and Mr. T have not perched there since it was installed last Fall after Archer migrated.

2. Archer would often land on the rail below where camera is now. (one of the reasons why we installed a roof above the camera was so a falcon could perch there without bumping the camera)
