The Raptor Trust is one of the premier, privately funded wild bird rehabilitation centers in the US. Located in Millington, NJ, it is situated on 16 tranquil acres of woods and meadows in southeastern Morris County, adjacent to the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge. The center includes a hospital with a state-of-the-art medical facilities, quality exterior housing for several hundred birds, and an education building. A stalwart advocate for birds of prey for three decades, the organization is now recognized as a national leader in the fields of raptor conservation and avian rehabilitation.

Attention wildlife photographers! We are currently building a new program designed for young children to teach them about the wonders of falcons. It’s a very interactive program, and we use many photographs as teaching aids. If you, or a photographer you know, have taken any peregrine falcon or American kestrel photographs, particularly in their natural setting, and would be interested in donating the use of the image to The Raptor Trust, please email Karyn at
kwhitehurst@theraptortrust.org
. We will give you full photographic credit, and only use the images in an educational setting. Your help is greatly appreciated! Please email the above address for any other questions or concerns.
Lots of great photos out there!! (hint hint)
