For those that have been asking for an update, please find the most recent news coverage on the on-going court case with regards to the bird strikes and hi-rise office tower(s) here in Ontario .
Please pass this along to others that might be interested. The Consilium trial isn't over yet! Three witnesses for the defence took the stand these past 3 days. The closing statements from Albert Koehl, the prosecutor, and Alan Dryer, lawyer for Menkes, are scheduled for January 30, 2012. We hope to move this last day of the trial into 2011 if a time becomes available.
