Giant tortoise, friends get a permanent home at the Popcorn Park Zoo. (read more here)
LACEY — Big Black Jack has a new home at last. Popcorn Park Zoo will remain the abode of the 320-pound Aldabra tortoise and three smaller Aldabra tortoises, all taken from a Highlands resident in September.
[/i
]On Friday, John Bergmann, general manager of the zoo, said the reptiles are doing fine, and was thrilled they will be staying at the zoo
