i have a question, falcon lovers…..it is sunday, july 22….i was downtown at the village gate square for the music outdoors celebrating the 25th anniversary of The Bop Shop……i SWEAR i spied a falcon swooping it up on the other side of us, across from the village gate building on goodman street……..does anyone think it is possible that i actually saw one of our favorite falcon family??????? i mean this HAD TO BE a falcon……can’t wait to hear what y’all think!!! by the way, it was at around 5pm or so…..

if only i’d had a looooong range zoomlens on my camera it would have been an exquisite shot: sitting downtown for “ribbin’ on the river” last saturday night,listening to the blues, watching the sun start to go down, the cover of night come in,and there, waaaay up in the sky, over the blue cross arena, a falcon soooaarrrinnng, not one wing flap seen as she soared , waaaaay up high in the sky, toward the xerox building……..just floating as free as you please. touched my heart it did. just wish i knew who it was.
