Weekend Falcon Watch – Beauty, Pigott, Dot.ca and Billy Seen – 10/26 & 27/13
By Rochester Falcon Watcher Carol P.
It was another wonderful weekend of falcon watching and I am happy to report that all 3 resident Rochester Falcons were seen, plus we are pretty sure we had Billy, the juvie from Buffalo, granddaughter of Mariah and Kaver. We couldn’t read her numbers, but she did have the black over green band.
Watchers that were out during my Watches: Dana, Kathy O, Lisa McK, Joyce & Larry O.
Most of my reporting will be through pictures. Hope you enjoy! Oh, and remember to click on any you would like to see in full size.

It was great seeing all of the Rochester Peregrines doing well.
I’ll leave you with a few other pics I took this weekend. Goodnight everyone!

Great pics all, Carol. Hey, know where I was when Billy was right in my back yard at the Coast Guard Station? I was out at BS looking for Pigott, and I didn’t find her! 🙁

lol Thanks Pat! Of course we are assuming it was Billy, although we weren’t able to read the numbers on her black over green band. 🙂

Yep, I saw Dana’s pic of the black over green band, and it’s definitely a juvie, so I’m assuming it’s Billy. Lately it’s been too dark for me to check the Coast Guard station for her in the morning when I leave for work, but it will be lighter at 7AM for a few weeks starting next week when we’re back to standard time. I’ll tweet if I see her.
