   Thanks for the pictures. I could only get them with the tinyurl, the other link produced a message from Kodak gallery saying the album must have been removed by the owner!
   Sure wish we could see what the Times Square nest box camera is seeing, just to know what might be (have been?) in store for us.
   On the other hand, if there is no mating, there will be no reclutching. Very odd, other pairs start mating again after the fledglings are out of the nest to strengthen their bond. …
   After reading about the flight display in the gorge for Mariah (the non-attack), I begin to think Archer does not feel especially bonded.

   Great pictures, Carol. Renews my appreciation that Falcons live in an added vertical dimension. While we count ground area when we’re estimating territory, theirs include the sides of the gorge and buildings.

   I see the camera is trained on Beauty. Will it go online if they reclutch?

   btw, I’m not convinced Archer knows exactly what he’s doing. It’s the tiercel who scouts for the aerie and the female either approves or rejets it. Luring Beauty to the T.S. building so far into Mariah’s territory is not his best move. Maybe it’s inexperience. Do falcons have levels of I.Q.?

   @Sue – Yes, Archer is Mariah and Kaver’s grandson from Freedom up at Pt Colborne.
