Sunday Morning Falcon Watch (6:15 – 10:00 am) – 7/12/20

Morning Watchers: Dana, Kathy O, Lisa McK, Larry O & Carol P.
Weather: After a whole bunch of glorious rain yesterday, it was a much cooler and less humid morning. Nice not to start our watch in sauna-like conditions.
The first falcon I found this morning was Hope up on the B&L bldg. Dana spotted a falcon eating on the east side of the Geva Theater. I do believe this was Roc. Later, I believe we saw both Geraki & Roc on Widows Walk. I really wish it was easier to ID these two. Hope is so easy, with her cute little eyebrows. lol Beauty was also seen during the morning watch.

I think you’re correct with your IDs, Carol. Geraki has a spot at the back of her head that can be seen in profile even when her head is not tilted. Great detective work!
I love Hope’s cute little eyebrows. <3
