Duke Farms Bald Eagles in NJ Up to their ears in SNOW

Duke Farms Bald Eagles have 2 eggs laid mid month and they are incubating fighting the elements here in Central NJ. This morning when I checked in you could see a very slight mound where its back lie and snow almost completely covering the females head except for the beak. With so many snow falls one after the other here and little time for it to melt down enough to expose grass I worry for the birds
Heres the link for the Duke Farms Bald Eagle nest
Duke Farms Eagle Camera on USTREAM: 2/20/2015 The 2nd egg has been laid at aprox 2:20pm! 2/17/2015 The 1st egg of the season was laid sometime last night ...

It's amazing what these birds can tolerate and still have a successful season.
The first time I saw something like this was Ft. St. Vrain, Colorado (I think). Poor mother eagle was completely covered.

I feel for them during all this snow but they do such a good job keeping the eggs and eaglets warm!
