It's interesting how different in color the egg appears in camera #2 and camera #3 (at 7:34 a.m.). Just shows that sometimes discussions about egg color are based more on a trick of the light than on reality.

Cameras 2 & 3 are both the same model, but camera 3 doesn't function as well as Camera 2.  It's pictures are usually desaturated or poorly white-balanced.

Both Cams 2 & 3 are equipped with an array of Infrared LEDs which provide nighttime illumination.
