By Rochester Falcon Watcher Carol P.
The Falcon Watchers have been thinking this Falcon was Unity ever since watching her eat on the roof in the snow storm over the weekend when-I saw the Black over Red band through the scope.--But without a positive ID, we have to be careful about saying for certain it was...

Great report and photos Carol, thank you. She's still got a few more weeks until Archer comes home so hopefully she can hang in there until then as I expect a few other pefa's will be coming through looking for a home. I"m glad you are all keeping watch over her.

Seems like I've read here that the tiercel chooses the nest site. It that's the case, maybe Archer will introduce her to TS.

Or he'll say, "hey you don't belong here, I'm taking you back to KP"! Off they go! Wishful huh?

We could lose Archer too. Unity may select a new mate to share her new territory and drive Archer away.

Oh no Jeanne and nycbird don't even think either one of those thoughts! We've had enough for a while.
