Bill and I went for a ride over to Iroquois NWR today to see the Osprey. We did get to see the Eagles at Cayuga Overlook but it was difficult to take a pic with all the leaves on the trees now. Here's a few pictures of what we saw:

Nice pics Kris! Kathy and I saw lots of goslings today as well on our way to Osprey nest. One adult pair had 16 of them!!! No worries with the Canadian goose population!  Grin

Thanks!   The one nest is on the top of a telephone pole-right next to the road! We parked about 50 ft. from the pole to see if anything was in the nest and not seeing any Osprey, we were just ready to pull out when I saw this large bird heading our way. The adult landed on the edge of the box but flew to a tree while Bill tried to get a picture and that's when the other Osprey popped its head up. Having never seen an Osprey this close, it was a good day!
