As pretty as she looks, my first thought was she is like a 'beacon' to a falcon!  They won't have trouble spotting her !

We heard about him/her on the local birding list.  June asked me to get some pictures for her.  Whether it's a dye job or not, I hope this Pigeon survives.

Maybe the pigeon hoped if it dressed up like a parakeet someone would take it home and keep it safe from all the falcons flying around.  rofl
