Fire in Rochester, man jumps from 3rd floor!!

A man jumped from a burning building Wednesday morning to escape a two-alarm fire at University Avenue and Scio Street in Rochester.

Looks like a neat building, but it would have been wonderful fixed up.  Odd someone was up on the third floor that had to jump unless he broke in and was sleeping their for some place to go being it was empty or the owner has had it and had something done for insurance money, the taxes were current.

I figured it was a fire cuz I could smell smoke when I saw all the flashers while on my watch.
