The only buttons visible are reply and mark read.
The help page shows about 3 more, one of which is about starting a new thread.

The help page does not match the forum page.
Neither in firefox nor ie8.

It looks like you can add a new thread to anything except the top three categories, which I'm assuming is only for our moderators.  But the others (Help, for example) you can click on "new topic" and that starts a new thread.

Hope that helps.  Try picking another category and start your topic there.

Good luck! 2thumbsup

Yes, I went back to the "read me first" on the first 3 categories and it does say we can reply to, but not start new topics.  We should use "Rochester Falcon Discussion" to start our own threads about the Rochester falcons.   So, give that a shot!

Please read the READ THIS FIRST! topic on each board. It states if you can start a new topic on that board.

The first 3 boards on this forum are reserved for news. Only moderators and administrators can start new topics there. It is done this way so people with limited time to read the forum can quickly find the latest news about the Rochester falcons and this site. (It's also great for people who need to catch after being away for awhile. Try doing that on kfalconcam and see how difficult it can be!)

If you have a question about how to use this forum, be sure to post it to the Help! board. All members can create topics there. (It says so in its READ THIS FIRST! topic.)  happy

And congrats on your first post, Larry! It's a good question. Have double Karma.
