Rochester moves to New York City?

When I was searching for something else, I found this:
Location: New York City Falcon Cam
Website: Times Square building, Rochester. New York City
www.falconcam.com
High above the streets of Rochester, NY, atop the Times Square building, is a nest box occupied by two Peregrine Falcons. Five cameras give you an up close and personal view into the fascinating world of these falcons as they raise their young and prepare them for life on their own.

After going back and forth with the website administrator in Spain, it's mostly fixed. There's a bit of a language barrier that's making it difficult to explain to him what's wrong.
