I'm glad our watchers are not at the Brighton site on a regular basis anymore. From today's Democrat & Chronicle:

A man was found dead in a wooded area near the (name of Brighton site) on Elmwood Avenue Wednesday.

The unidentified man was found by a maintenance worker who noticed a tent in a secluded area of property near Gateway Road, Capt. Tony McMullen of the Rochester Police Department said.

There were no obvious signs of foul play, he said, and police are investigating.

That building needs to come down-it's a dangerous place. I used to walk Bella around the perimeter but there's so much broken glass and garbage since the U of R doesn't have park and ride there that I walk her out on the sidewalk by the road when we go there now.  Roll Eyes

That building does need to come down.  Even my students knew of the "urban explorers" that break in and video the inside of the larger building.  The newspaper said the police saw a tent near where the man was so he probably was homeless.  Sad
