Seems to be a new man in the mix! Hope Lil dad is OK. Last Sunday he was seen but not since.
New guy was banded 5/25/10 in Clinton County, PA, on the McElhattan Bridge.
Could be just a Winter fling, Beauty had hers also!! Lil dad is 14, so......

Lil Dad does have a history of going on short vacations later in the year. This guy is 6 years old, from all indications he's been spotted before so if he couldn't at a younger age displace dad then maybe he just sneaked in after he saw him gone.
Lil Dad may be 14 but he's a powerhouse, I'm hoping for the best!
edit to add: Unless something happened to Lil Dad...as in he had an accident, we certainly know that happens even with experienced birds.

Good grief!
Why don't they have the common sense to temporarily block off that window with shades or cardboard so the poor falcon can stop wasting time and energy fighting his reflection!

I thought so too, Dot. He's going to hurt himself, if something isn't done.
