I wonder if the lights are capable of changing color like the ones on the other Rochester buildings mentioned in the article.

Okay, I can see that the Times Square Building has upped it's game more than a bit in the lighting area.  The gauntlet has been thrown down, and I think we at the Aqueduct Building should respond in kind.  Nothing that will harm the falcons, of course, but maybe colored lights on Mercury, or a glowing crown, or flames shooting out of his sceptre?   devil

I agree Patsy. The other night when I drove down Broad Street and took a pic of the Wings of Progress, you could hardly see Mercury.
