Studies have proven that kids that kill and torture animals will eventually grow up to kill humans.  I don't know why we bother saving humans like that, sure hope they catch them before they hurt someone else.

Time to bring back burning a the stake as a form of punishment.

While I am not sure whether any/many will approve of The Joan of Arc Solution, I DO think the time has come to for such people - anywhere! - to be named, shamed and made to stand up before their communities to receive their punishments. In Ireland, the judiciary is a complete joke when it comes to animal cruelty. Fines are nothing more than pocket money. And in general, the people favour huge fines, long sentences. Perhaps this is where we should be aiming our ire.
